Orders, Shipping and Delivery

The user can not order more than three numbers of the product offered on any given day unless specified otherwise. If he/she orders more than three numbers by using multiple names and/or addresses, we reserve the right to cancel the order, cancel the accounts, and deny the use of the site.

Cancellation by originalsports.in

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be credited back to your Card Account in 20 days.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting an amount that reflects the cost of lost opportunity in terms of not being able to sell the product while the deal is going on at our website. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. originalsports.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by originalsports.in and accept originalsports.in ‘s decision regarding the cancellation.

Product Returns

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product that you have ordered from originalsports.in as we deal in 100% original products purchased directly from the brand manufacturers. The products on our website are described in full detail as per the brand specifications.So originalsports.in doesn’t support any product returns and we advise our customers to read the descriptions carefully before ordering from originalsports.in.

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on originalports.in will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to originalsports.in. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by originalsports.in with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.originalsports.in will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

originalsports.in reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the site fraudulently. originalsports.in reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy

originalsports.in is committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We currently ship only in India.  We ship Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays.The minimum Delivery time is 5 business working days which may be less within 100Km of our dispatch office.The maximum Delivery period is 7 business working days.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition and on time, we ship through premier courier agencies only. You don’t have to pay any sales tax or, octroi etc on courier delivery. Our prices are all inclusive.If you deem the product package to be in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. However if the customer still wants to accept the product with tampered packaging the customer needs to mention it on the POD of the delivery person and do email to inform us with pictures to originalsports.cs@gmail.com. mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest or you will be provided a credit note. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

Warranty Policy

All products sold on originalsports carry brand warranty unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the product details/specification/description section.The customer may contact thebrand directly in case of any warranty issue.

Damaged/Defective Product

In an unlikely event, if the product you received from us is damaged/defective, please call/email us within 3 working days for a refund/replacement. Products damaged while being used, do not qualify for refund/replacement. In case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product, we will refund your money.

Refund

If the payment was by Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card, we will refund your account as deemed appropriate by originalsports.in.  The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days.  Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholder’s Credit Card / NetBanking / Debit Card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank. If you have any questions to ask, any doubts to clarify, any complaints to make, do contact us via phone or email. We will respond to your query within a few hours during work days (Mon – Sat: 10:30 am – 5:-00 pm).
